More and more children and young people are not feeling well, experience too much stress, feel anxious or have complaints such as back pain and headaches. They grow up in an increasingly demanding society, experience an excess of stimuli and are confronted with pessimistic visions of the future.
The Alexander Technique is a powerful educational approach that helps young people build more confidence in themselves and their environment. Whereas at school children and adolescents often have to deal with goals and results in a one-sided way, in Alexander Technique lessons we take a step back and playfully explore the resilience in body and mind. Experience shows that after a while children and adolescents can deal with the challenges of their world in a more relaxed and constructive way, which makes them feel better and makes learning easier.
